In order to provide you with optimal service, we believe it is important that good and clear rules are set regarding the collection and sale of the items you offer. Due to changing circumstances it may be necessary to adjust these rules. If this is the case, we will clearly state this. Below you will find our rules.

1. Offering clothing

a. We only accept clothing that is intact, clean (recently washed), ironed if necessary and contemporary.

b. You can bring in clothes without an appointment, except on Wednesdays , during opening hours. For large quantities, the clothing can be collected from you within the Amsterdam region (in consultation).

c. When taking delivery, you indicate whether the unsold clothing will be collected by you within the specified period, or whether we will make it available to a good cause (see “Faith Foundation” www.faith-help.com ).

d. We do not accept clothing from: HEMA, C&A, H&M, Vera Mode, Mango, Only and similar brands.

2. Pricing

a. We display and mediate in the sale of your submitted items. For this we charge a commission amount of 56% of the sales price (including 21% VAT).

b. When the item is sold, you will receive a net 44% of the sales price.

c. We determine the price of the item, possibly in consultation.

d. We reserve the right to increase or decrease sales prices.

e. Credits that have not been collected after 2 years will expire at the store.

3. Accountability

a. We take the utmost care of your items. However, your clothes hang here at your own risk. We cannot reimburse lost or stolen items, unless it concerns gross negligence on our part.

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the guidelines of EU data protection law.

Collection, processing and consent
You automatically grant consent for data processing by providing your data when creating your customer number.
We store this data for as long as it is necessary to comply with our legal obligations.

Purpose and use of data
Mooi 2 e Hands Kleding will process your personal data for the purpose of informing you about the items you have purchased for which we mediate, and questions that may arise from this. A granted consent can be revoked at any time. Your personal data will never be provided to third parties.

Handling your data upon cancellation or termination
Upon cancellation or termination, your data will be deleted.
